We stand behind the frame for as long as you carry it. If it cracks, fails at a weld, or doesn't hold up under normal loaded use, send it back and we'll repair or replace it. That's the deal — built once, backed for life.

Change of mind
Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? Send it back unused, in original packaging with all hardware and labels intact, for a full refund or exchange. Nothing to prove — just kit that fits.

Email support@westerndynamics.com.au with your order number and what's happened. We'll sort a repair, replacement, or return label and come back to you within one business day.
