If the kit isn't right, send it back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. We want you carrying a frame that fits — not one that doesn't.

What qualifies
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all hardware and labels intact. Sized incorrectly? That counts. Changed your mind? Also fine.

How to start
Email support@westerndynamics.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll send a prepaid Australia Post label within 24 hours.

Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund hits your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Exchanges ship at the same time — no waiting on the refund first.

Warranty
Manufacturing defects are covered for 2 years from purchase. Field damage from normal use isn't a defect, but reach out — we'll often help anyway.
